Patriotic daughter makes donation for war heroes

A loyal daughter of mother Lanka has pledged to make a cash gift for the wellbeing of war heroes as she was fanatical with the efforts of the Tri-services, Police and Civil Security personnel to unite the island state from the bane of terrorism.
Thamara Nilanthi Katuwawela of Thunbowila Piliyandala said she was making this gift as she had a clear place on the views and proposals complete by Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa during the 'Thulawa programme', viewed by the self-governing Television Network(ITN) recently.
"Acknowledging that the major duty as a true loyal is to dish up mother Lanka at the time of need, I wish I could have connected the forces, but certain personnel obligations have deprived of me which I say to you with unlimited sorrow. Yet, I determined to pay my tribute to those who are at the front rivalry for our tomorrow. This is the smallest amount I could do as a mark of thanks for the valiant labors of our heroes," she additional avowed in her letter.
In a missive to Mr. Rajapaksa, she said she careful this as a aid association if the war heroes can safe some form of advantage from her donation. She said the money was saved to send her parents to undertake a pilgrimage to India.
She was eager to hand over this gift to The Ministry of Defence Seva Vanitha Unit president Mrs. Ioma Rajapaksa.
