Air Force pounds LTTE strongholds in Kilinochchi

Sri Lanka Air Force launched two air strikes in support of Army Task Force 1 troops marching progressively at Kilinochchi build up this dawn (Dec 5).
Air Force spokesperson, Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkra verbal message to defence.lk hypothetical that the primary of the two air strikes was accepted out by MI-24 helicopters at 6.45 AM. The target was an LTTE power situated in the Adampan area, west of Kilinochchi town, he said.
The next air hit was accepted out by combatant jets located in the west of Paranthan around 8.15 AM, said Wing Commander Nanayakkara. He extra that both attacks were charming citing ground sources.
