Six air raids at LTTE positions - Kilinochchi, Mullaittivu

Sri Lanka Air Force approved out six more air raids targeting recognized LTTE positions in Mullaittivu and Kilinochchi fronts flanked by 1.30 pm and 6.00pm today, 22 December.
Air force spokesperson, Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara, said that combatant jets attacked at two Sea Tigers boats detected 3 km north of Mullaittivu around 6.00 p.m. The boats had been clandestine and they were busy after detecting those using close surveillance cameras. Two boats were completely shattered due to the air attack, representative said.
Meanwhile, air force combatant jets raided the similar site around 1.30 pm, air force sources added.
In Kilinochchi front, air force launched three consecutive air sorties targeting LTTE physically powerful points experiential north of Iranamadu between 2.50 pm to 3.50 pm. Air attacks were launched in grasp up of advancing troops of 57 Division, title towards Kilinochchi.
unconnectedly, SLAF MI-24 Helicopters raided LTTE strong point situated east of Pudumurippukulam boiler approximately 5.30 pm in support of troops of 57 Separation.
