Police investigation units seek public assistance to arrest the terror suspect who has detonated an IED slightly damaging a rail track injuring 18 civilians between Wellawatta and Dehiwala this morning (June 4).
The Police while commending the public for their awareness, which had made it possible to avert tragedy, issued a photo of the suspect with following details.
