Preparations were made by security forces in Vavuniya to hand over 2 bodies of LTTE terrorists killed during fighting with troops of the 57 Division at Thunukkai to the ICRC officials in Vavuniya today(August 21).
According to military, the Vavuniya Police will hand over the bodies to the ICRC. The terrorists were killed on 15th August in general area Thunukkai following a fierce gun battle between troops and LTTE, security sources said, adding that the slain terrorists were in the ages of mid 20's.
