LTTE terrorists have carried out gutless bomb blast targeting blameless civilians in the Batticaloa town this morning (Jan 21). According to the defence sources in the area, the bomb was fixed on shove bicycle parked in face a boutique near the police put and exploded using a far-away controlling device.
