On information received from a civilian, security forces have found a bag with C-4 explosive and detonators inside an INGO office in Vavuniya last evening, 14 October.
According to the law enforcement sources, the bag contained 1.5Kg of C-4 high explosive, 3 m distance end to end detonator code and four electric detonators found inside the office of global Organization for Migrant (IOM) which is operating under UN approximately 6.30 pm.
The recipient of the bag, a staff member of IOM office Vavuniya, has already been in use into care and he confessed that he conventional the bag from one of the employees member in Mannar office.
Further investigations are being approved out by the Vavuniya police.
