Eleven LTTE terrorists were killed while 11 more sustained injuries in fierce gun fight erupted in northeast of Akkarayanklulam in Kilinochchi front yesterday, 12 October.
According to the defence sources, the hours long fighting commenced on last morning caused heavy compensation to the enemy. By intercepting LTTE radio communication, the damages inflicted to the opponent were confirmed.
Two security forces personnel too made their utmost give up for defending the place of birth while busy with LTTE terrorists, defence sources added.
