Sri Lanka Air Force fighter jets launched the second air attack at the LTTE dugout construction site that was pounded previous this morning (Oct 15), Air Force spokesman Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara said.
He said the jets targeted the LTTE heavy vehicles summoned to the site to haul away the damaged earth moving vehicles in the earlier air strike . The air hit was taken at 11.45 AM , he added.
