A Sri Lanka Navy seized five persons with a stock of 815 gelignite sticks from the Palavi area, Puttalam which were being prepared to be smuggled.
The stock of gelignite, the five persons including three Muslims, two Sinhalese the van and the motor bike involved have been handed over to the Puttalam Police for further investigations.
